Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused proactive and capable of handling queries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls emails and chats.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards in communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
