Job Description

Overview
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the success of the organization by fostering relationships with clients and generating sales opportunities. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills who is adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into effective solutions. Sales Executives act as the face of the company representing its brand and values while actively promoting products or services. Their efforts directly impact revenue generation and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through networking and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage client information and sales activities.
  • Offer feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry and market trends.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Job Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1 - 3 years in FMCG Sales
CTC: Upto 3.5LPA Incentives
