- To take immediate action / corrective measures to ensure the batch in-process parameters are maintained and does not vary.
- Issuing required RM & arrange the raw materials for production in coordination with RM stores & ensure each material with proper identification and right place in the plant.
- Charge the batch as per SOP / material slips cross check with the check list maintain / change input parameters of the batch in process of the reactor / blenders.
- To ensure the Operators / Technicians actions are as per the SOPs. Call for additional manpower if required.
- Ensuring & supervising FG packing operations (domestic & Export) as per SOPs & instructions.
- To comply with preparatory checks prior to any hazardous work & isolation of equipment.
- Process batches as per instruction of AM and as per Process Sheet.
- Identifying any issues in the production process and troubleshooting the same.
- Verification of raw material for Resins at Production floor in right quantity and right material as per the material slip.
- Ensure online inspection and testing.
- Ensure product should be within specification & following the quality norms.
- Monitor Consumption of raw material & record it in the batch sheet.
- Maintain shift report & handover the charge to reliver thoroughly.
- Prepare shop floor stock statement as per instruction of managers.
- Maintain identification and traceability of batches.
- Ensure maintenance of process equipment.
- Manage the workers and ensure safe work practices.
- Proper storage of raw material & finished goods on the shop floor.
- Maintain housekeeping of the plant.
- Implement QMS and ensure achievement of Quality Objectives.
- Unsafe acts & Unsafe conditions in the plant to be reported & to be attended.
- Proper required PPE should be used while working.
- To be worked safely to avoid incidents during work & incidents to be reported if observed.
- Should Have awareness of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001.
Qualification / Experience
BSc Chemistry
Experience 4-5 years (in Phenolic Resin / Chemical industry / Batch process etc.
