Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness maintenance of department premises and equipments.
- Ensuring stores materials record update.
- Follow Personnel Hygiene practices and monitor Departmental hygiene.
- Follow the Health Safety and Environment policy of the organization.
- Knowledge of SAP for MM module will be an added advantage.
- Ensure Raw material packing material solvents are stored appropriately (With respect to designated area identification of labels and storage conditions).
- Co-ordination with planning production purchase Quality Control and other departments for effective functioning of warehouse.
- Responsible for Physical stock verification and reconciliation of raw material as per define daily or as a when required.
- Responsible for receipts Rm/Pm and solvent tankers storage dispensing and accounting of raw materials.
- Ensure and maintain the location tracking of materials.
- Carry out dispensing activity as per dispensing plan.
- Responsible for Inward material unloading for trading.
- Ensures that all Pest Control activities are done as per schedule.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock of RM and packaging materials.
- Any other assignment allocated by Department Head.
- Continual improvement of Quality Management System Process.
- To carry out all activities of raw material stores as instructed by the Department head and any other assignment allocated by Store Head.
