About the Role: As a Pharmacy Technician II you will assist pharmacists at a fulfillment site in preparing and dispensing medications managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service. You will help ensure that Alto Pharmacys operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality service to patients.

- Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment through meticulous quality control order consolidation and precise labeling/packaging while effectively routing third-party couriers for timely patient deliveries.
- Perform detailed quality checks on prescription orders manage inventory and medication availability and coordinate courier deliveries to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory management duties such as placing orders with vendors and confirming receipt removing outdated drugs and ensuring medication availability by maintaining/stocking automated dispensing machines.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance internal systems and processes leveraging pharmacy expertise to contribute to a company revolutionizing the pharmacy experience and cross-train to accommodate business needs.
- Comply with all Board of Pharmacy regulations and other federal/ state/ local agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensure: A current CPhT pharmacy technician license or a pharmacy technician in training license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Ability to work the following shift: insert shift here before posting
- Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts.
- Thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
- Know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of working as a pharmacy technician.
- Experience working in retail hospital outpatient pharmacy or other fulfillment pharmacy settings.
Additional Information
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time frequently move around the pharmacy away from the computer terminal stoop bend and reach for equipment and supplies make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment that include the wrists hands and fingers and lift carry push pull and move light objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions discern auditory information and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
