Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Execute manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment according to SOPs and batch records
- Perform aseptic techniques and work under GMP compliance
- Document activities in real time following GDP principles
- Operate and maintain production equipment and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality MSAT and Supply Chain
- Support tech transfers process improvements and deviation investigations
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in a regulated environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline OR equivalent experience (Biotech Biochem Biology etc.)
- Prior experience in GMP manufacturing cell therapy biologics or pharma preferred
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques cleanroom environments and GMP documentation
- Strong attention to detail teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work non-standard shifts (nights/weekends) if applicable
