Process Optimization Developer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design develop and maintain automation and optimization solutions using a variety of tools and programming languages.

• Collaborate with analysts engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Continuously improve existing solutions by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency scalability and performance.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.

• Contribute to project planning documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Support the integration of automation tools and platforms into broader process improvement initiatives.

**Pay Range for this position is - $75000 - $85000

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) will be considered in lieu of a degree.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 years of development experience in a high-level programming language; Python strongly preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with front- and back-end data environments APIs and ETL/ELT processes.

• Exposure to process improvement or business operations is beneficial

COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Foundational programming and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to grow in process optimization and automation.

• Understanding of automation tools development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

• Ability to design build and deploy technical solutions based on business requirements.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities.
