Job Description :
Methodist Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine NP/PA for our NEW clinic in Red Oak TX to work collaboratively with team of providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients with acute or chronic conditions
- Provide physical exams and assessments diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions
- Evaluating patients conditions and identifying acute conditions that could lead to instability and diagnosing care and treatment
- Communicate with patients families about treatment
- Collaborate with other physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Masters Degree
- Recognition as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas
- or Recognition as an Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Unrestricted Texas Medical License and DEA
- At least two (2) years of experience preferred
- Must be current in CPR and BLS certification
