Job Description
Do you know how to mow a lawn fix plumbing and electrical issues and perform small carpentry tasks Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community
If so then Monte Christo Communities has the job for you!
What youll do:
- Maintain landscaping and groundskeeping of a 14 acre RV park
- Maintain and repair common areas such as laundry room bathrooms office etc. This includes carpentry building maintenance drywall tape and texture and paint
- Walk property daily picking up trash and debris
- Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues in the park
- Use maintenance tools including pressure washer drills saws landscaping equipment etc.
Who you are:
- Customer service focused
- Observant conscientious respectful
- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-starter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to live onsite at our RV Park (Must have your own RV)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of carpentry plumbing and electrical systems
- Experienced in landscaping maintenance including irrigation tree/shrub trimming and plant care
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
