We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager who will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service bridging the gap between the sales team and financing ensuring the deal is profitable for the dealership and satisfactory for the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals.
- Train cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and closing deals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
- Track sales efforts monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
- Assist salespeople in closing of deals.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations affecting vehicle sales.
- Must be proficient with CRM and On-Line Sales Tools
- Identify knowledge gaps within sales staff to determine who a customer is placed with
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
