Job Description
Clinical Support Associate Moreland Family Medicine
Location: Waukesha WI
FTE: 1.0 (Full Time Benefits Eligible)
Schedule: Monday Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.

Were looking for a dedicated Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to support a busy collaborative team of providers and help ensure a smooth compassionate care experience for every patient.
What Youll Do:
As a CSA youll be a vital member of the care team supporting both the clinical and administrative needs of the practice:
Greet and room patients perform intake assessments and prep patients for provider exams
Administer injections and immunizations perform EKGs and other clinical procedures as needed
Assist with point-of-care testing and specimen collection
Respond to patient messages refill requests and documentation within the electronic medical record (Epic)
Support scheduling prior authorizations and follow-up care coordination as needed

Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or active LPN license in the state of WI or EMT or Experience
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in family medicine or a primary care clinic preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with patients of all ages
