Job Description

Clinical Support Associate Moreland Family Medicine
Location: Waukesha WI
FTE: 1.0 (Full Time Benefits Eligible)
Schedule: Monday Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.

Begin your story at ProHealth Cares Moreland Family Medicine clinic where our team provides personalized full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. Were looking for a dedicated Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to support a busy collaborative team of providers and help ensure a smooth compassionate care experience for every patient.

What Youll Do:

As a CSA youll be a vital member of the care team supporting both the clinical and administrative needs of the practice:

  • Greet and room patients perform intake assessments and prep patients for provider exams

  • Administer injections and immunizations perform EKGs and other clinical procedures as needed

  • Assist with point-of-care testing and specimen collection

  • Respond to patient messages refill requests and documentation within the electronic medical record (Epic)

  • Support scheduling prior authorizations and follow-up care coordination as needed

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or active LPN license in the state of WI or EMT or Experience

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • Prior experience in family medicine or a primary care clinic preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with patients of all ages
