Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for the fulfillment of various operational and compliance team member employment related requirements are met to reduce and mitigate risk to the organization. Responsible for key deliverables in the annual compliance and regulatory plan for human resources. Leverages expertise leading practices and collaboration to drive results and deliver the highest levels of customer experience. Serves as a resource for escalations. Identifies and implements continuous improvement and long-term solutions to ensure efficient and effective return on investment.

Essential Functions

  • Creates and monitors severance agreements.
  • Facilitates the appeals and internal review process.
  • Responds to requests for subpoenas.
  • Audits and manages out of state team member compliance.
  • Serves as a lead for regulatory audits and collaborates with HR and department stakeholders.
  • Administers untimely termination adherence in collaboration with internal HR and external teams.
  • Creates and updates standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
  • Leads continuous improvement efforts.
  • Administers other compliance/regulatory programs as needed.
  • Supports specialists and associate team members and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience human resources employment law experience project management compliance
