Are you passionate about quality and customer success EAGLE Certification Group is seeking a Food Safety Certification Manager to manage the audit process and serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients pursuing certification to internationally recognized standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth efficient and customer focused certification experience particularly for clients in the food safety sector.
As a Certification Client Manager youll coordinate audit activities manage documentation communicate with clients and audit teams and uphold our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance. Were looking for detail-oriented professionals with outstanding communication organization and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the certification process ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Coordinate certification audits especially for new food safety clients and collaborate with audit teams to ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain and manage audit data in the EAGLE Management System.
- Ensure thorough understanding and compliance with GFSI program understanding (SQF BRCGS FSSC) and other international management system standards.
- Support operational efficiency by tracking audit-related costs and ensuring all audit documents are complete and accurate.
- Assist with auditor and internal staff training on compliance and regulatory standards.
- Organize documentation scheduling and communications to meet client expectations and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in customer service quality assurance or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with management systems (such as ISO standards) or experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Understanding of business accounting basics especially as they apply to audit costs and client billing.
- Ability to learn and apply auditor competency and regulatory requirements.
- Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
- A desire to grow and stay current with evolving compliance systems and industry regulations.
