Responsibilities

• Act as a high-level technician providing mentorship and critical evaluation of processes.
• Perform aseptic gowning material flow and operate processing equipment with strict compliance to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Conduct quality investigations review manufacturing batch records and collaborate with Quality & PD teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentorship to peers.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• SME on 1 Unit Operation.
• Acquires samples of batches/products in accordance with company procedures; submits samples to required functional areas for testing and to resolve specific properties. Records/analyzes results and takes appropriate action.
• Responsible for the upkeep of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues and support batch record reconciliation.
• Participate in performance huddles and help plan process schedules.
• Uphold a culture of safety by identifying and resolving safety observations.

90% of time spent on the floor Work Hours:

This position will generally require the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24-hour 7 day per week operation to include evenings and holidays.

Education/Experience/Equivalency

• High School Diploma with 3 years of proven experience or a Bachelors Degree in a related field with 1 years of proven experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Full understanding of GMP and cleanroom concepts.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and follow detailed procedures.
• Proven track record to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical processes equipment and adherence to PPE requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand use hands reach sit talk and hear.
• Frequent walking stooping kneeling and stair climbing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for up to 4 hours.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment.
