Wage- $60000 annually
Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe management of the facility maintenance department in compliance with government and management directives regulations and laws.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the manager support services in the development of departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspection of buildings grounds and equipment to ensure proper repair facility improvement and preventive maintenance in compliance with program requirements and safety/building codes.
- Maintain buildings grounds and equipment; maintain an effective work order and prevent maintenance systems; manage custodians.
- Supervise and evaluate students on center work support and work based learning assigned to the department.
- Coordinate with other center staff to determine maintenance needs.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate management records such as equipment inventory building systems descriptions and preventive maintenance checks.
Education/Experience requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred and two (2) years related experience or
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
