Citadel Outlets is searching for a digital-focused marketing professional that is ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the centers social media strategy oversee website and email marketing efforts manage influencer programs and support digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager this role plays a key part in driving traffic increasing brand engagement and supporting onsite events and promotions. This position is perfect for a marketing professional who has a passion in marketing and gain vast business knowledge in a retail setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic social media and digital marketing campaigns to support brand initiatives tenant promotions and events.
- Create schedule and publish content across all platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok Twitter Yelp Google TripAdvisor and other digital platforms.
- Monitor respond to and engage with customers on social platforms to build community and increase follower engagement.
- Drive growth and performance across all social media channels through innovative content analytics and platform best practices.
- Manage influencer outreach partnerships and campaign execution in coordination with tenant brands and events.
- Capture photography and video content regularly for use in digital assets events social content and campaigns.
- Draft and manage responses to online reviews across Yelp Google and TripAdvisor to maintain positive brand perception.
- Oversee content updates and functionality of the Citadel Outlets website-ensuring accurate listings of sales events job postings and tenant information.
- Plan design and execute email marketing campaigns promoting sales events and seasonal programs to the subscriber database.
- Lead the creation and submission of online event listings on the Citadel Outlets website and 30 local/community platforms.
- Track and report on digital campaign and social media analytics offering insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to align digital efforts with overall marketing strategy and center initiatives.
- Provide graphic design support for digital campaigns onsite branding event materials and social content.
- Serve as an in-house photographer/videographer for events promotional content and center visuals
- Support event execution and marketing activation including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator.
- Perform additional special projects or duties as assigned by leadership.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
- A minimum of 3 years of related Marketing experience and/or training.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing and influencer marketing.
- Proficient expereince in Adobe Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and Lightroom
