Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 6 years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role preferably in a high-tech environment
Masters Degree/MBA 15 years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role preferably in a high-tech and/or corp environment Exceptional ability to influence and partner with business leaders managers and HR professionals across different functions and locations Strong facilitation written communication and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic Project management and execution skills and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
