SSWG operates two businesses within the water infrastructure space. Seven Seas Water which provides water treatment and desalination for governmental hospitality and industrial customers in United States Latin America and the Caribbean and the AUC Group () which provides decentralized water and wastewater treatment plants for industrial and municipal customers in the United States.

Experience preparing Income Tax Provisions. Understanding of ASC 740 and income tax accounting concepts and the ability to apply these concepts across different industries and jurisdictions.
Experience with preparing US Federal Corporate Income Tax Returns. Experience with local tax compliance in international jurisdictions preferred.
Strong Excel and computer skills working with large data sets and pivot tables proficiency in Word and familiarity with general ledger and financial reporting systems.
High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Must possess the desire and ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and produce quality work under tight deadlines.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
Candidate must be research oriented to help explore new jurisdictions with company growth.
Must be flexible in dealing with change and an ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting taxation or related field.
CPA required.
5-7 years of relevant current work experience. Big 4 large top-tier CPA firm and/or multi-national public company experience required.
Candidate must have existing knowledge of federal and state regulations and ideally some experience with international tax jurisdictions.
Knowledge of finance accounting budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is also a plus.
