What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in our welcoming showroom environment
- Guide customers through our extensive selection of living room bedroom and dining room furniture
- Educate customers about our unbeatable prices and flexible financing options
- Build lasting relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining our reputation for honest pressure-free service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain our attractive showroom displays
What Were Looking For:
- Passion for People: You genuinely enjoy helping others and building relationships
- Natural Communicator: You can explain product features and financing options clearly
- Results-Driven: Youre motivated by goals and love the thrill of closing a sale
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Cookeville area and community is a plus
- Flexible Schedule: Available to work weekends and some evenings
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with furniture arrangements
Experience Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required (furniture industry experience is a bonus!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Valid drivers license
