Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for providing executive support to the Chief Medical Officer and will assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks for the Medical Staff and Medical Services Department.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
5 years of administrative experience supporting senior management.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. Communication skills efficient time management flexibility in day-to-day tasks calendar and meeting management experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
License/Certification/Credential:
Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification preferred
