Job Description
Teacher will ensure the implementation of the Academys mission statement and all policies and procedures as well as all State Child Care Center Licensing Regulations and NAEYC Early Childhood Program Standards & Accreditation Criteria. Teacher will be accountable for all aspects of ensuring the health safety and development of the children served by the Academy. This position will be filled by an individual who can function as a primary caregiver for children and as a model for best practice as defined by NAEYC . Teacher will be responsible to assess all situations to determine appropriate actions for education/curriculum social-emotional development/problem solving classroom and playground management/maintenance as well as good communication skills with parents and staff.
