Role

The Technical Enablement Program Manager will own the full lifecycle of our internal and external learning and enablement programs. The role is both hands-on and strategic and is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for designing developing implementing and evaluating scalable training programs that empower employees partners and customers to succeed.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role. The role will not manage a team but rather own and drive executioncollaborating cross-functionally while personally developing and delivering modern engaging learning content. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategy and execution with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to instructional design project management and stakeholder engagement. The role will partner with subject matter experts in product services and engineering to build outcome-driven training programs aligned to our business goals.
