The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Software Manager. The candidate is responsible for leading the adoption expansion and implementation of I4.0 technologies within Raytheon factories. This includes leading a team of software engineers and working with stakeholders & Factory Leaders to ensure the successful implementation of these technologies.

What You Will Do
Responsible for the departments digital Products and Services driving common automated solutions aligned to the CORE process matrix maximizing affordability and speed to market across sectors.
Ensure adherence to codingstandards and best practices. Ensure all softwaredevelopment follows standard defined processesfor products lifecycle.
Assign and manage teamresources (people budget equipment) management team capacity andworkload. Prioritize tasks and projects.
Build develop andmentorhigh-performing engineering team. Fostera collaborative and innovative team team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
Expected to Travel 15% of the time.
What You Will Learn
Implement common solutions across the business using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders including customers executives and development teams.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelors in science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
6 years relevant professional experience with at least 3 years of experience with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory technologies
Experience with software development and deployment

Qualifications We Prefer
3 years of Ignition development experience or other software suites using Python SQL JSON etc.
Experience with Product management tools (Jira DevOps etc.)
Experience with transition to production of software products automation systems or similar
Demonstrated experience in developing software engineers
Professional experience in a manufacturing environment with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with digital systems.
Familiarity with I4.0 and Smart Factory principles technologies and/or techniques
Demonstrated mentoring experience
Understanding of SCADA systems MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and/or IIoT
Experience with cyber and/or cyber-physical systems security protocols.
Experience with PLCs and/or Transactional Automation (use of API XML)
Proven leadership problem solving and team building skills

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
