Job Description

This role focuses on supporting the operation and upkeep of specialized testing equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting maintaining and repairing both pneumatic and electrical systems ensuring proper calibration and preventive maintenance and managing spare parts inventory. The position requires collaboration with other teams to resolve technical issues and ongoing communication with suppliers for equipment support.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Have knowledge of pneumatic equipment and instruments such as pneumatic valves high to low pressure regulators air pressure boosters high pressure compressors (3200 psi or higher) etc
  • Work with high and low voltage AC and DC motors from 120 to 480 vac.
  • Have knowledge of PLC and HMI units.
  • Be able to troubleshoot maintain repair pneumatic and electrical equipment used on our test rigs.
  • Keep track of spare parts inventory for all the equipment.
  • Assist and monitor the yearly calibration of all our test rigs and keep records of it.
  • Work together with test technicians and production supervisor to resolve daily issues related to seal testing problems.
  • Follow preventive maintenance program for all the test rigs high pressure compressors and all the testing equipment.
  • Be able to initiate/drive communication with suppliers involved in the troubleshooting preventive maintenance and repair process.
  • Ability to read understand and troubleshoot using general electrical and pneumatic type drawings.
  • Requires adequate computer skills and knowledge of Office 365.

 

 


Qualifications :

Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing both pneumatic and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with specialized testing equipment and understanding of its operation
     

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or maintenance role preferably involving specialized equipment
  • Hands-on experience with managing spare parts inventory and working with suppliers for equipment support

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range: $USD
