Job Description
HTSS is seeking an Inspector for one of our companies in the Macungie area.
M-F: 7:30am-4pm
$20-$22/hr
Temp to Perm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Mirtec 3D and 2D AOI and Phoenix Xray machines.
Inspect printed circuit boards assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies for conformance to
IPC standards and product requirements.
Perform 1st article 1st piece in-process and final inspections using engineering documentation
product specifications procedures and work instructions.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and records.
Understand and comply with Quality System processes.
Must follow all safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the
department. This will include at a minimum safety glasses and coat for the cleanroom for
electronic assembly.

Qualifications:
Self-motivated detail oriented organized with good communication skills and the ability to
work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret materials specifications engineering documents and relevant
standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Quality Control or related experience is required.
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing company is preferred.
Visual acuity to accurately identify colors.
Experience operating computer-based inspection machines is preferred.
Ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Soldering skills are a plus.
Ability to use various inspection tools including: calipers gauges multimeters stereo
microscopes etc. is preferred.
Familiarity with the IPC-A-610 standard is preferred.
