Job Description
HTSS is seeking an Assembler- PC Boardsfor a company in the Macungie area.
M-F: 7:30am-4pm
$19/hr
Temp to Perm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Insert and solder electronic components on electronic circuit boards.
Complete various assemblies in compliance with IPC standards and drawings located in the
production folder.
Align and secure components on the PCB using appropriate tools and techniques.
Communicate process or quality issues to the Group Leader including any resolutions provided.
Complete work assignments as assigned by Group Leader.
Must cooperate with other employees in the department to maintain a safe working
environment.
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the department to include but not
limited to blue coat foot straps (for static guard) and safety glasses.

Qualifications:
Good visual acuity.
Ability to use small hand tools and soldering irons.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience soldering is required.
Prior experience reading assembly drawings and work instructions.
IPC Certification preferred.
Ability to sit at work bench to perform duties for the 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift 30lbs.
