Job Description
Pacifica Hotels is searching for a part time House Attendant to join the Team at Fireside Inn in Cambria CA. The House Attendant will be responsible for the cleaning of all public and common areas of the hotel and assist in housekeeping.
Core functions of the position but are not limited to the following;
Clean entire grounds of trash and cigarette butts.
Run Laundry and empty housekeepers trash.
Clean Lobby and exterior windows.
Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas exterior lighting fixtures public benches exterior of guestroom doors.
Shampoo carpets as assigned.
Turn mattresses as assigned.
Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned.
Assist the Lead Engineer in small projects and maintenance task.
Complete paint touch-up work as required.
Take items to rooms (such as rollaway beds towels coffee etc.) as requested by the front desk.
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs or assisting the Lead Engineer with these tasks.
Report all unsafe conditions and suspicious activities immediately and complete incident reports as needed.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Basic cleaning skills. Basic maintenance skills helpful. Ability to prioritize organize and make good judgments. Ability to communicate in English with guests management and fellow team members to their understanding desirable. Dependable.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience
