New England Smart Energy (HomeWorks Energy) is hiring Community outreach Canvassers starting at $24.00 an hour plus commission. This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for over-time. Employees will also be eligible for a retention bonus once reaching 90 days of employment.

Job Summary:

Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community going door to door with your canvassing team. Plus enjoy a fantastic team culture with chats for everything from astrology to dog sighting and the option to carpool youre sure to meet your next work bestie.

The primary goal of this position is customer acquisition so if you dont mind talking to strangers then youll do great here!

While not required we are also looking for bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish Portuguese and/or Cantonese.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $24.00/hourly plus commission (on target Canvassers make approximately $60k top performers will make more)
