HCT Therapist (LCSW LMSW-cc LCPC LCPC-c) $10000 Sign-On Bonus


Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families Were seeking a compassionate driven and licensed HCT Therapist to join our dedicated team in Caribou Maine.


As an HCT Therapist youll work directly with children and adolescents in their homes and communities providing individualized therapy and support. You will collaborate with families case managers schools and other providers to develop and implement treatment plans that promote lasting change.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home and community-based therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support
  • Collaborate with Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) case managers and other team members
  • Maintain accurate timely documentation in compliance with agency and state standards

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field.
  • Active licensure in the State of Maine (LCPC LCSW LMSW-CC or LCPC-C)
  • Experience working with children adolescents and families.
  • Strong communication time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
