Pediatrix Medical Groupis seeking aBoard-Certified Neonatologistto join our growing team atHCA Florida North Florida Hospitalin Gainesville FL. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity autonomous environment with a supportive team and a hospital committed to expanding its Womens & Childrens services.

Your Role at a Glance
- Staffing Model: 2.5 Neonatologists and 5.75 NNPs
- Facility Details:
- 25-bedLevel III NICU
- 36-bedNewborn Nursery
- 3500 annual deliveries
- NICU ADC: 17 Nursery ADC: 15
- Regional transport team staffed by RNs and RTs
- Coverage Includes:
- NICU newborn nursery and high-risk deliveries
- NNPs provide 1st call coverage at night
