What Youll Do
Build strong relationships with customers from all backgrounds
Communicate confidently in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
Guide customers through the vehicle selection test drive and purchase process
Provide a high-quality personalized customer experience
Help customers understand vehicle features financing options and warranties
Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system
Deliver vehicles and follow up to ensure satisfaction and build referrals
Participate in dealership events outreach and business development
What Were Looking For
Must be fluent in English
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
Friendly outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Self-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales goals
Team player with strong time management and communication skills
Willingness to learn we provide training!
Previous experience in hospitality retail or customer service is a big plus
