Job Description
Renuity is seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join Renuity as a Strategic Finance Analyst. In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning analysis and decision-making processes at one of Renuitys largest operating companies maintaining analyzing and communicating relevant KPIs to better inform business decisions.
What Youll Do:
Define and drive data intense analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of business performance and growth drivers and present these analyses and key takeaways to stakeholders
Define maintain understand forecast and communicate key KPIs related to sales production and marketing to key stakeholders
Drive complex financial modeling development enhancement and maintenance of models used to track business performance
Manage and build financial and operational dashboards to monitor daily and weekly performance
What You Will Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from both financial and marketing data
Either a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant field (Finance Accounting Economics Mathematics Business Administration etc.) or 2 years of work experience in a related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Experience with financial software (e.g. Acumatica) is a plus
Experience with Power BI is also a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
