Shifts: Multiple openings on all shift night shift receive differential.
Shift 401 / Shift ASun - Tue / Sun - Wed AM - 6am - 6pm
Shift 402 / Shift BSun - Tue / Sun - Wed PM - 6pm - 6am
Shift 403 / Shift CWed - Sat / Thur - Sat AM- 6am - 6pm
Shift 404 / Shift DWed - Sat / Thur - Sat PM - 6pm - 6am

Job Description
We are currently looking to hire experienced Hardware / Server Troubleshooting Technician candidates that have a fundamental understanding and/or hands on experience troubleshooting computer hardware. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality. This is the perfect job opportunity for someone looking to get into the tech space without having much technical knowledge.

If you are a computer hobbyist who doesnt have any professional experience in the technical industry but you love building computers researching technology upgrading hardware troubleshooting computer hardware and/or gaming then this is your chance to turn your passion into a career!
Recent college graduates with or without professional experience are encouraged to apply - local candidates highly preferred.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair failures with computer / server hardware and electronic circuit board assemblies
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and capability to get the IP address from the network card ifconfig ipconfig etc.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware components such as: RAM CPU Network Cards (NIC) Motherboard PSU etc.
- Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment.
- Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors) is a huge plus
- Thorough knowledge of computer hardware components (building / troubleshooting / etc)
- Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills
- Very good communication abilities
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist
Were looking for someone with:
- Strong mathematical aptitudeand problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Linux commandsand BMC/IPMI.
- Experience with computer hardwareand repair.
- Proven debug efficiency.
