Position Summary: As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible to provide excellent and prompt customer service by assisting clients with various inquiries and requests within the framework of established client service policies.

Essential functions responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming phone calls and emails through the call center software. Contributes to the achievement of the client support teams daily goal of having ninety percent (90%) adherence in the Call Center.
  • Provides assistance to clients with the use of University Services Web portal a proprietary data management system including but not limited to providing designated employer representatives with access to the system and supplying any other needed information to the client in a timely manner.
  • Quickly resolves client issues with regard to data reporting and applicable procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of Department of Transportation drug testing concepts policies procedures and requirements.
  • May perform other related duties as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma and two (2) years of corporate/retail customer service experience.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Training on site: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST
  • Production (Work from Home): Mon - Fri 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to speak hear have close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Walk (occasionally) sit- up to 8hrs. a day stand (occasionally) use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms able to lift-up to 15lbs.(occasionally).Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
