Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Restaurant Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience.
Work Performed:
TheRestaurant Supervisorwill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Supervisedirect scheduleand trainfood and beverageAssociates;
Exceed guest expectations throughout their restaurant and hotelexperience;
Workquickly and independently to resolve operational and guestconcerns ensuring follow-through with appropriate manager(s);
Ensureall opening and closingside work is completedaccuratelydaily;
AssistRestaurant Associatesas well as other restaurant associates withtheir job duties asnecessary;
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be at risk of cross-contamination keepingcompartment sinks sideboards and refrigerators clean andsanitized;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Required Prior Experience:
At leastone yearof lead and supervisory experience
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within the first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within the first 60 days of employment
Physical:
Able to lift50lbsoccasionally
Ableto bend and squatrepeatedly;
Able to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift
Other:
Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to read and comprehend instructions both written and oral
Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings eveningsnightsweekends and holidays

Trabajo realizado: El Supervisor del Restaurante tendr las siguientes funciones responsabilidades y asignaciones:
Supervisar dirigir programar y capacitar a los Asociados de alimentos y bebidas;
Superar las expectativas de los huspedes durante toda su experiencia en restaurante y hotel;
Trabajar de forma rpida e independiente para resolver inquietudes operativas y de los huspedes garantizando el seguimiento con los gerentes adecuados; Asegrese de que todos los trabajos laterales de apertura y cierre se completen con precisin todos los das;
Ayudar a los Asociados del Restaurante as como a otros asociados del restaurante con sus deberes laborales segn sea necesario;
Observe las pautas del Departamento de Salud para el manejo y saneamiento de alimentos para que los huspedes y empleados no corran riesgo de contaminacin cruzada manteniendo limpios y desinfectados los fregaderos aparadores y refrigeradores de los compartimentos;
Seguir todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa incluida la notificacin de accidentes lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras a la gerencia;
Cualquier otro trabajo necesario para completar el propsito principal del puesto.
Experiencia previa requerida: Al menos un ao de experiencia en liderazgo y supervisin.
Educacin preferida: Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente Licencias/Certificacin requeridas: Certificarse en capacitacin en seguridad alimentaria o obtener la certificacin dentro de los primeros 60 das de empleo. Otro: Cumplir con el requisito estatal de edad mnima para servir bebidas alcohlicas. Capacidad para leer y comprender instrucciones tanto escritas como orales. Flexible para trabajar en turnos diurnos temprano en la maana tarde noche fines de semana y feriados.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
