Our client is a community-based choir with chapters across the country. Their mission is to use music to build community and uplift peoples lives. The central office supports dozens of choirs and hundreds of members nationwide ensuring a smooth experience for singers directors and volunteers alike. This role is part of their core operations team and plays a key part in keeping things running behind the scenes.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to handle tasks that keep their programs organized and effective. Youll work closely with their Director of Operations and support everything from database updates to member communications. This is a great fit for someone local whos tech-savvy detail-oriented and proactive about asking questions when somethings unclear.
Role Details:
- Temporary to Hire opportunity in Easthampton MA
- Hybrid (1x onsite remainder of days remote)
- Hourly pay rate of $22.00 - $26.00 depending on experience
- 2030 hours/week to start with potential to grow to 32 hours
- Flexible daytime hours (e.g. 9am2pm or 10am4pm)
Responsibilities:
- Manage records schedules and member data (using Google Suite and Pike13)
- Create flyers posters and programs for concerts
- Handle email communication and respond to member inquiries
- Support social media and newsletters
- Set up concert ticketing and process refunds
- Help onboard and assist volunteers
Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience working in fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Google Suite (especially Sheets Forms Drive and Gmail
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and large spreadsheets
- Experience with tools like Pike13 Canva MailChimp and EventBrite is a plus
