Were looking for driven individuals to join our Sales Development team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. As a key part of our sales organization you will actively engage in outbound prospecting pipeline building and collaborating with senior executives in a high-energy work environment.
This is a full-time hybrid role (in-office 3 days a week) where youll work closely with cross-functional teams and engage directly with potential customers. Youll be part of a collaborative team of 5 all with the same hybrid schedule collaborating in-person. Minimum base of $54080 to maximum base of $79040 commission equity benefits. On-target earnings are 42.86% of base (70/30 split) and will be paid monthly based on achievement of sales targets. This is a non-exempt role and base will be paid hourly.
