Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Role
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for Raydas AI-powered platform including novel approaches to testing AI model quality and consistency.
What Youll Test
- AI Model Quality: Response accuracy consistency and appropriateness
- API Testing: Multi-tenant isolation security and performance
- UI Automation: Enterprise workflows and real-time features
- Security Testing: Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Integration Testing: End-to-end workflows across multiple systems
Requirements
Required Experience
- 4 years QA engineering with test automation
- API Testing: REST API testing with tools like Postman pytest
- UI Automation: Selenium Playwright or similar frameworks
- Security Testing: Understanding of common vulnerabilities (OWASP)
- Performance Testing: Load testing and performance monitoring
Unique AI Testing
- Conversation Quality: Evaluate AI agent response relevance and helpfulness
- Consistency Testing: Ensure similar questions get consistent answers
- Hallucination Detection: Identify when AI makes up information
- Escalation Logic: Verify appropriate handoff to human support
