Job Description

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Correctional Facility - Orient OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LPN. SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

Perks & Benefits for the Licensed Practical Nurse:

$33/hour DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)

Health and Dental benefits offered

Shift Timing : 6 am- 2pm

One LPN days off are Friday and Saturday 6am-2pm so they will work Sunday thru Thursday
One LPN days off Sunday/Monday offer so they will work Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold active LPN license.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs
