Patient Volume: 15 (OP); 6-10 (Surgery)

Support Staff: MA RN Front Office

Case Mix: General Orthopedic Cases

EMR: Cerner

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License or IMLC

DEA

BLS ACLS

Fellowship

Clean Record (highly preferred)
