Job Description

Job Quick Facts:

Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth

Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Clinical only

Shifts needed to be filled:

- ASAP-Aug: 2 weeks (10 days)/month

- Sep-Ongoing: 1 week (5days)/month

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri

- 3 days clinic & 2 days procedure/hospital

Patient Volume: 15/day (OP) 3-4/day (IP)

Admissions Required: Yes

Rounding Included: Yes

Support Staff:

- 3 RNs 3 APPs 1 MA & some Office Staff.

Required Procedures: Ablations (afib aflutter svt VT etc); AFIB Pacemakers ICDs.

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MN License or IMLC

BLS ACLS

Fellowship

Act 10 is acceptable
