Patent Prosecution Associate AI/ML DC - U.S. Offices Hybrid
A top-tier IP firm is hiring a Patent Prosecution Associate with deep experience in AI/ML technologies. Attorneys in this role advise some of the most innovative tech companies in the world handling advanced patent portfolios with a strategic focus.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with inventors developing claim strategies and engaging with emerging technologies that reshape global markets.
Key Highlights:
Draft and prosecute patents involving machine learning frameworks and intelligent systems.

$310000 $390000 depending on experience level qualifications position hours among other factors.

Requirements
J.D. with 4 years of patent prosecution experience.

Active USPTO registration and state bar membership.
