Job Description

Are you ambitious motivated and eager to launch your career in business development and sales Join our fast-growing team as a Business Development Associate and gain hands-on experience working with top clients building relationships and driving company growth. No prior experience required we provide full paid training and a clear path to advancement.

What You ll Do:
  • Learn and support the sales process by identifying potential clients and business opportunities

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity

  • Assist in outreach efforts including cold calling emailing and networking to generate leads

  • Collaborate with senior business development staff to prepare proposals and presentations

  • Participate in team meetings training sessions and strategy development

  • Track and report on sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

  • Support client relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention



Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Willingness to learn take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Organized with good time management and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory

  • Previous sales marketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required
