Job Description
- Translate business strategies into smart tailor-made solutions for banks
- Use your in-depth knowledge of Banking Operating Models products and processes to develop initiatives that increase both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction and strengthen banks innovative capabilities
- Lead complex digital transformations that reach an audience of millions from advanced payment solutions to innovative mortgages and wealth management
- Develop and implement transformation plans that drive the banking sector forward
- Inspire and motivate teams to excel together
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Stay ahead of the curve by constantly being up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the banking industry
- Advise banks on embracing the latest technological possibilities

What you will bring to this role as (Senior) Manager Banking Operations & Solutions:
- A completed university education
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience preferably in consultancy or Banking
- Experience in leading teams and projects within the banking sector
- An extensive network within the banking sector that you know how to use effectively
- An entrepreneurial mindset and commercial flair
- Leadership organizational talent and a well-developed political sensitivity
- In-depth knowledge and vision on digital transformations within Banking
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and are a real team player
