Job Description
At Unique IQ were transforming how care is delivered through smarter more efficient software. As we accelerate innovation including AI-assisted tools and enhanced mobile features were looking for a Product Delivery Lead to ensure our roadmap translates into real-world impact.
Working closely with our CEO (who owns product strategy) youll lead the charge on execution coordination and hands-on delivery - bringing ideas to life and keeping development running like clockwork.
Your role:
Excited to lead a development team who are hybrid in nature using your expertise to drive product-based delivery improve quality and velocity of outcomes.
You will take the proof of concepts into production and release them to customers.
Be our champion on innovation helping to prioritise what can be achieved balancing new ideas with the product backlog in a commercial environment.
Continuously improve on process

A great communicator able to balance innovation commercial and execution
Well-versed in Product delivery able to lead change to increase efficiency within development teams.
Understand the commercial reality of product development
Technically adept especially in Azure cloud and .NET delivery.
Bonus: experience in SaaS health tech or the care sector is a plus

The Benefits of Working with Unique IQ:
Base salary from 65k to 80k.
33 days annual leave (25 days plus 8 bank holidays)
