We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) where youll play a crucial role in delivering a reliable single source of truth for our Totex Investment Programme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Visualisation - Create trusted high-quality reports using Microsoft Power BI. Integrate data from core systems to build clear actionable dashboards and reports to meet business needs

  • Data Integrity & Management - Ensure data outputs are accurate validated and consistent. Maintain reporting standards and address anomalies. Manage master data tables and ensure timely data refreshes.

  • Predictive & Trend Analysis - Analyse data to identify trends risks and opportunities. Provide forward-looking insights to support decisions. Flag emerging issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support - Work with users to understand reporting needs. Offer support and guidance on report use. Drive improvements to streamline reporting and reduce duplication.

What does it take to be a Data Analyst

  • Proven analytical experience preferably in a project or investment-focused environment

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools particularly Microsoft Power BI

  • Sound understanding of relational databases and data modelling

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data quality

  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex insights clearly

  • Proactive approachable and collaborative a trusted partner to your stakeholders
