You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs EHS Officer you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility while ensuring regulatory compliance. Reporting to the EHS Leader you will develop and implement comprehensive EHS strategies that protect our workforce and environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvement of safety programs and environmental initiatives
Manage relationships with external prevention services and key stakeholders
Conduct thorough safety inspections and risk assessments
Oversee contractor safety management and coordination
Design and deliver impactful EHS training programs
Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures
Maintain ISO 14001 certification and ensure environmental compliance
Champion our Life-Saving Rules program
Qualifications :
Engineering degree or equivalent relevant qualification
Masters degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (all three specialties)
Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment systems and processes
Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level)
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid drivers license and own vehicle required
Flexibility to travel as needed
