This role ensures consistent application of quality systems facilitates training leads supplier audits and champions a culture of operational excellence and safety to achieve improved efficiency reduced costs and standardized work practices.
Training & Capability Building
Defines and conducts training in Quality & Lean tools.
Process Improvement & Standardization
Initiates and facilitates business process improvements.
Proposes changes to workflow for standardized and effective procedures.
Supplier Quality & Development
Conducts supplier evaluation and development including audits.
Lean & Quality Strategy Deployment
Develops global Quality & Lean programs aligned with strategy.
Implements approved business strategies for lean work processes.
Change Management & Culture Building
Drives change programs via workshops for managers and staff.
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety.
Functional Competencies
Knowledge of Quality Systems and ISO standards.
Expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement techniques.
Experience in supplier audits and evaluations
