Job Overview:
The CJIN Trainer develops and presents comprehensive instructor-led and web-based training programs for a variety of different types of users accessing CJIN NCIC NLETS NICS and N-DEx. All users must demonstrate proficiency and be certified every two years in order to satisfy FBI training requirements and ensure successful system use. To comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy customized security awareness training is also created to address IT professionals recipients of criminal justice information and individuals with unescorted access to CJIN terminal areas.
