Purpose of the Job

Specify the APS-SRS architecture definition and technically lead the engineering studies in order to reach the performances

Organisation Reporting

Hierarchical: APS-SRS Sub-System Manager

Functional: APS-SRS Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Accountable for:

  • Define and apply the APS-SRS global performances
  • Define the global APS-SRSarchitecture as input the external/internal requirements
  • Write the APS-SRS specifications
  • Define the APS-SRS configuration
  • Verify and apply requirements coming from reference and applicable documents from Metiers Standards Certification Safety Platform and Customer
  • Prepare Operational analysis definition for the Customer validation
  • Coordinate the APS-SRS FMECA with RAMS team
  • Implement and update of the Engineering risks mitigation plan
  • Manage the QCD of his/her Work Package
  • Manage the change orders (identify understand and redefine the scope and performances when there is an update of the specification or the inputs).
  • Involve Vitrolles experts and T&C team when needed on project
  • Perform reporting at project level (to the APS Sub-System Manager) and at metier level (to APS Engineering manager)

    Responsible for:

  • Technical interfaces with customer in order to provide support to Project Manager
  • The Engineering Management Plan and the Architecture Specification
  • The APS-SRS Overview Specification

Knowledge & Experience :

  • Graduate from engineering electrical school
  • At least two years experiences in Railways Engineering
  • Good knowledge of APS-SRS system
  • At least one year experience in Team Management
  • Fluent English
  • Good Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work in traverse environnement
